
| What to Expect—The Implementation Process
Our goal is to start off each relationship on the right foot. To do this,
UMR has made significant investments to make sure we effectively implement your unique
solution, regardless of size and complexity.
When you become a new UMR customer, your sales executive/account manager, team
leader and implementation coordinator will meet with you and your team and perform an extensive
investigation into your plan design, reporting needs, eligibility, banking and much
more.
Your implementation team will provide assistance for employee education
meetings and your implementation coordinator/account manager will develop an implementation
timeline and monitor it via regular conference calls or on-site meetings to keep all parties on
track.
