Jennifer, an associate clinical administrative coordinator, was recently awarded the
Utilization Management Colleague Recognition Award for her delivery of excellent customer service,
her commitment to teamwork and her positive attitude. As the Onalaska point person for all medical
reviews, Jennifer has become a master at multi-tasking. But what co-workers admire most is her
willingness to do any job or task needed to contribute to the well-being of the department.
