are all asked to step up and pitch in from time-to-time. Sometimes, it is something small and other
times, as in the case of Sue Hinkle, implementation project manager, it is a big project that just
keeps growing. Managing the UMR SharePoint site is a side responsibility which she approaches with
dedication, good cheer and the generosity of her time when helping newcomers to the program. Thank
