As
with any manager, training, acclimating and setting up objectives for new department members is a
key respon-sibility. Maxine, a supervisor in network operations, stepped up to the plate with new
reports in our
Lexingtonoffice.
Not only did she integrate the new team members, she was able to build a sense of teamwork and
camaraderie between two offices. Maxine, your dedication to teamwork is much
