The UMR short-term and long-term disability management programs are designed to manage employer risks. We offer a full array of administrative features and innovative options, which can be tailored to meet the unique business needs of our customers. Our disability staff consists
of experienced customer service representatives (CSRs) and registered nurses
(RNs). This team of experts works together in determining disability and the
duration of the disability in addition to managing cases to verify total
